Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you may return items that are unopened, unused and undamaged within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping will need to be covered by buyer. If when you receive your item and it is defective then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping
We can ship to anywhere in the USA. We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping for up to six sets of Trolley Bags™ Shopping Bags when shipped to mainland USA.

Delivery and Despatch Times
We process orders daily at 10 am. All orders received after 10am will be processed on the following business day. We endeavour to deliver within 2 to 5 business days all over the USA using USPS.
